Aluminum Pouches require a return label, which can be included in your next order at no cost. We want to make sure that our loop of packaging stays closed, and we are responsible for the end of life for all of it.

Please attach this label to the box, as the pouches do not fit in the standard returns envelope used for other types of pouches.

First, let's narrow down the issue, is it with the tube inside the bottle, or the pump mechanism on the outside?

HERE'S HOW:

1. If nothing is coming out of the pump, or it appears to have stopped functioning, the entire pump needs to be replaced.
2. If the tube is cracked but the pump top is fine, we can replace just the tube for you.

When we rebrand, you can continue using your current packaging. To make the transition smoother, we're offering a special voucher for customers who still have the old packaging! When they purchase products with our new packaging, you can send the old packaging back for us to take responsibility for, either utilising or recycling and giving new life to the materials. Simply select 'return packaging' at checkout and we'll send you a returns label. You can pop this on your box and use the same wrapping from your new products, to wrap up your old ones, including your name and order number. When we receive your products back, you'll receive a voucher to put towards your next refills.

This way, you can love & enjoy our updated products with a sweet little reward for your loyalty and helping us reduce waste!

Place your refill pouches in the mailer: Just clean and dry them, making sure there are NO liquids left in them.

*tip* you can cut them open to make it easier

Pop it in any Australia Post box or office

To compost our new compostable pouches, follow these steps:

Check Local Guidelines: Ensure your local composting facility accepts compostable packaging.

Home Composting: If composting at home, cut the pouch into smaller pieces to speed up decomposition.

Compost Bin: Place the pieces in your compost bin with other compostable materials.

Compost Conditions: Maintain proper composting conditions – adequate moisture, aeration, and a balance of green and brown materials.

Decomposition Time: Allow time for the pouch to break down completely, which can vary based on composting conditions, home compost can take around a year.

These pouches are designed to decompose in both commercial and home composting environments, contributing to a more sustainable future.

To dispose of our cardboard packaging and stickers responsibly:

Cardboard Packaging: compostable or recyclable

Recycle: Flatten the cardboard and place it in your recycling bin.
Compost: If the cardboard is clean and free of non-compostable materials (all our stickers and tape are compostable), you can cut it into smaller pieces and add it to your compost bin or pile.

Stickers, tape, tissue + cardstock: All compostable or recyclable

Recycle: Place all materials in the recycling bin. Scrunch tissue int a small ball.
Compost: Tear into smaller pieces and add it to your compost bin or pile. Be sure to check local guidelines on compostable plastics if using a commercial compost bin.

Once the order is placed, it will leave us to make it’s way to you within 1-5 working days - we always try to keep it close to the 1-3 day mark where we are able.

Standard postage is available at a flat rate of $9 to all Australian areas (we cover some so that everyone can get their products with reasonable postage). For standard postage allow 3-4 days after we’ve sent your order out for Australia post to get it to you.

For express postage, allow 1-3 days after we’ve sent your parcel out, for Australia post to get it to you.

If you are like us, and sometimes leave things until the last minute, you can select our 'expedited' shipping method for $28, which means one of us will go in the very next day and ship your order via express post, meaning you will see your order in around 1-4 days after you place it, depending on where you are in AUS.

• Please carefully secure the lids of bottles shut, and wrap glass bottles generously. To be environmentally friendly, you can use generous amounts of newspaper for this, left over packaging from receiving your WASHED. if you have it, or any left over packaging you have in your home.
  
• Please then pack tightly into an appropriate mailer so there is no room for movement inside.

Once we receive your return, we'll happily refund the full amount that you paid for the WASHED item you returned.

Please allow up to 14 days after the item has been received by us, for us to unpack, inspect it and issue your refund.
