How long before you send my order out?

Once the order is placed, it will leave us to make it’s way to you within 1-5 working days - we always try to keep it close to the 1-3 day mark where we are able.

Flat Rate Postage

Standard postage is available at a flat rate of $9 to all Australian areas (we cover some so that everyone can get their products with reasonable postage). For standard postage allow 3-4 days after we’ve sent your order out for Australia post to get it to you.

Express Postage

For express postage, allow 1-3 days after we’ve sent your parcel out, for Australia post to get it to you.

Expedited Express Postage

If you are like us, and sometimes leave things until the last minute, you can select our 'expedited' shipping method for $28, which means one of us will go in the very next day and ship your order via express post, meaning you will see your order in around 1-4 days after you place it, depending on where you are in AUS.

How do I make a refund/return?

  • You must contact us first, via our contact page here
  • Please carefully secure the lids of bottles shut, and wrap glass bottles generously. To be environmentally friendly, you can use generous amounts of newspaper for this, left over packaging from receiving your WASHED. if you have it, or any left over packaging you have in your home.
  • Please then pack tightly into an appropriate mailer so there is no room for movement inside.
  • Please include sender's details (so we know who it is from)
  • And return to this address:

Once we receive your return, we'll happily refund the full amount that you paid for the WASHED item you returned.

Please allow up to 14 days after the item has been received by us, for us to unpack, inspect it and issue your refund.

How do I return packaging to be recycled/composted?

Simply checkout with one of our returns mailers

Cut your pouches open for easy cleaning, dry thoroughly, and pop them in. Then simply drop in your nearest Australia Post box!

If you have other packaging to return to us (please do! We want to responsibly end the life of our packaging) Then save your pouches to save emmissions and reach out ot us here
